Signal intelligence, done for you — live in search & recruiting.

Make the call on facts.
Not a feeling.

We don't give you data. We give you information you can act on.

Rhaven watches every signal in your market — and everything you already know about it — and turns it into one clear, sourced answer: who to move on, what to say, and why. So your biggest calls run on evidence, not instinct.

Not a database. Not a dashboard you operate. A partner that does the watching — you keep the decisions.

Watch. Decide. Repeat. The bird does the watching. You keep the decisions.

What lands at 6 AMLive today

A real output — one of several. No dashboard to open; it’s in your inbox.

What lands on your desk

Forget the engine. Here’s what you actually get.

Every morning, real things show up — a brief, a call list, a one-pager you can hand a client. You don’t run any of it. You read it, and you decide who to call.

The 6 AM briefLive today

Who moved in your market overnight

Open your inbox to a one-page brief — and the one name to call first.

The call listLive today

Who to call today, and why

A ranked shortlist of the people worth your morning — the reason sits next to each name.

The walk-in one-pagerLive today

Walk into the meeting already knowing

A client-ready market brief with your name on it — it turns you from a vendor into an advisor.

The heads-upIn build

A nudge before it's public

An early flag on the account that's about to move — so you're first, not just fast.

The openingAssisted

The message that names their move

A first draft already in your voice — naming the move they just made — for your read and send.

The loop closes

Knowing is half of it. The message is the other half.

You've seen what lands on your desk. Here's what goes back out: the moment a move fires in your market, Rhaven reads it against everything you already know — and hands you the message that names it, ready for your read and send.

  1. 01The signal

A move fires in your market — a contract won, a role opened, a leader changed.

  2. 02The intelligence

Rhaven reads it against your whole history with them, and what their world is doing today.

  3. 03The message

A first draft in your voice that names that exact move, in their industry's language — waiting for your read and send.

What step three sends back

Not a template with a name swapped in. One message, born from one signal — naming their move, in the language of their world.

AssistedA person reads and sends every one. Nothing goes out on its own.

Proven where we live

We proved it where we live. The same engine fits any signal business.

We run our own search firm on Rhaven every morning — so search & recruiting is the one that's live and battle-tested. But the gap it closes is universal: every business that runs on signals finds out too late. Same structure, across markets that look nothing alike.

The schema is horizontal; the intelligence is vertical — about one to two weeks of tuning per new industry, not a ground-up build. The big players close that gap with a data team you can’t afford. The tools you could buy just hand you a dashboard and more work. So how do you get the intelligence without building it?

Data vs. intelligence

Anyone can sell you data. No one can sell you the connections.

A contract gets awarded. A leader changes seats. A public filing drops. And in your own records, you spoke with exactly the right person about exactly this — about a year ago. Any one of them, alone, is noise. Rhaven is the one thing that ties them into a single sentence: who to call, and why, today.

The one connection

One connected picture

the call to make — with the receipts attached

The tying is the hard part — and it’s the whole product. From day one you’re not starting cold — your own history is already in hand, set against a market the system watches for you. The data, anyone can buy; what it connects to is yours, and it deepens every month. A rival could clone every feature over a weekend and still start from zero — your connections are the one thing no one can hand them.

It doesn’t feel like “more information.” It feels like walking in as the person who did the homework — and being the one they remember.

Same move in any business that runs on signals. The sources change; the connecting doesn’t.

Why Rhaven is different

Most tools speed up the work. Rhaven removes the guesswork.

Some tools ship you raw data and leave the meaning to you. Others hand you a dashboard — one more thing to log into and run. Rhaven links the sources, does the thinking, and hands you the call to make, the legwork already done — with the receipts attached. A provider of facts, not guesses.

And nothing to switchIt doesn’t replace what you already run. Rhaven sits on top of your ATS, CRM, and inbox — the intelligence layer that turns what they already store into the move to make. Nothing to migrate.

Proof it’s real

It isn’t a demo. It’s what the system already does.

Everything above runs in production today — it’s the system we run our own business on, every morning, before we ever sold it. You ask it anything in plain English — no query, no key, no dashboard — and it answers in your words and your numbers.

Who's behind it

Not a guy with software. A search firm that built the tool it couldn't buy.

Rhaven was built by a recruiter, not a software company. Cody Ballah runs a small search firm against the consolidating giants — the players who can afford a six-figure data team and an intelligence layer no independent can buy. Rather than accept that gap, he built the layer himself. Rhaven exists to level that field for the small firm.

And we don't sell software we haven't lived on. We run our own search firm — Nexorra — on Rhaven every day, and we did it for months before we ever offered it to anyone. The product you'd buy is the one that already runs our business every morning.
